ABOUT PROVEN HOME HEALTHCARE AGENCY

Palmers International LLC was founded by a mother daughter duo Denese Palmer (mother) and Cassiena Bailey (daughter). They started Proven Home Healthcare Agency because Denese saw a need for a company that was focused on the care, companionship, and rehabilitation of the elderly residents in Falmouth and Massachusetts as a whole. As an entrepreneur, business consultant and a certified nursing assistant Denese heart broke after observing the lack of care and humanity that some of the care her clients’ friends received from other entities and decided that she could not stand by without using her skills and resources to help. Cassiena quickly jumped on board to assist with her Marketing, management, and administration background to launch Proven Home Healthcare Agency.
Proven Agency’s mission is based on one key fundamental philosophical principle: the belief in the innate worth of seniors, disabled individuals and the belief that everyone, regardless of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin or handicap(s) is entitled to maximize their potential as human beings and as a member of society.

 Proven Home healthcare agency believes that the aging process is a normal state in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are, to some degree, a part or that process. This Agency provides personalized care for the seniors, disabled and needy within the confines of their residence, assisting in their rehabilitation through means of low impact exercises and movement, accompanying them to all appointments, meal prep and shopping, ADLs, Laundry, light housekeeping, Haircare and more. Proven believes that through our services we can assist our clients to maximize their contributions and fulfill their goals as a family member. In accomplishing this end goal, it is felt that the self-respect and esteem of the individual can and will be enhanced.
